Trend Innovations’ success lies within the tight collaboration of its teams and third parties. By valuing diverse perspectives, we can better serve our clients while we help employees achieve their professional objectives. From the drawing board all the way to the distribution diversity and inclusion has always been part of our core values. In 2015, we decided to take our social involvement to another level by developing ways to include disabled people within our organization. We are proud to announce that two of our brands are now packaged mainly by people who have functional limitations (physical, intellectual, psychological). This represent over 40 employees who work in easily accessible premises with all the necessary conveniences for handling and storing products.

Trend Innovations is also a proud to be involved with several charitable organizations to grow philanthropy and volunteerism across both our community and our company. The following are just a few organizations Trend Innovations has invested in:

  • L’Association du Jeune Montréal
  • The office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)
  • Moisson Montréal
  • Ensemble pour le respect et la diversité
  • Docteur Julien
  • Fondation du sport adapté du Québec
